2. Service Terms

We provide microfinance services including small loans, savings accounts, and financial advisory. Services are subject to our approval and your compliance with our policies. Interest rates, fees, and repayment terms will be disclosed in your individual loan agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

3. Privacy Policy

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

5. Legal Notices

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SBM regarding the use of our services. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
